Our direct rate is a flat $100/night below Airbnb on Lakeside Landing and $50/night below on Smooth Sailing. Same house, same cleaning, same tax — you keep the difference.
Direct Contact with Your Hosts
No middleman, no algorithm, no customer service queue. When you book direct, you communicate with us directly — faster responses, more flexible arrangements, and a genuinely personal experience.
Flexible Dates & Group Rates
Planning something larger, need a custom check-in time, or looking to book both properties together? Direct booking opens up conversations that Airbnb's platform simply can't accommodate.
