Lakeside Landing FLX

Lakeside Landing FLX is four thousand square feet and twelve beds — five bedrooms, three baths, two living rooms, and a kitchen with dishes for sixteen because the kitchen is the room everyone ends up in. Two hundred feet of private shale beach. Your own deep-water dock. The sunset does most of the talking.

Most reunions need two houses, three coordinators, and a group text. This needs none of those. One driveway. One dock. The dining room set for fourteen. And — the layout most lake houses don’t offer — a main-floor bedroom with a full bathroom directly across the hall, for the in-law after the knee surgery or the grandparent who’d rather not climb the stairs at midnight. The loft, by contrast, is the private retreat: bedroom up, bathroom down, for the newlywed cousin or the teenager who wants their own ceiling.

Kayaks and paddleboards launch from the dock the moment you arrive. Watkins Glen State Park is eight miles south. The Seneca Lake Wine Trail begins practically at the driveway. The village of Watkins Glen has dining, coffee, and a walkable harbor front. Parking for six vehicles, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. The kind of weekend you’d build the rest of the year around.

We host families, multi-family reunions, milestone celebrations, and small corporate retreats. We don't host bachelor or bachelorette parties, loud event weekends, or single-night stays. Lakeside Landing is strictly pet-free — our finishes, linens, and allergy-sensitive guests require it. Service animals welcome per federal law. (Our neighboring cottage, Smooth Sailing, is pet-friendly — ask us if you're traveling with a dog.) Our best guests stay at least three nights, travel in groups of twelve or fewer, and treat the dock and shoreline the way they'd treat their own.
