WINE · WATKINS GLEN

Finger Lakes Wine Festival

Mid-July · Watkins Glen International

The Event

What it is.

The largest showcase of New York wine in the country, hosted on the infield of Watkins Glen International. More than 80 wineries pour over three days, with seminars, food trucks, live music, grand tastings, and Friday-night camping inside the track.

It's the one weekend of the year the Finger Lakes wine industry collectively goes public, and a rite of passage for anyone serious about New York Riesling. Our guests spend the day at the festival and the evenings on the lake — a rhythm that turns a hot July weekend into something genuinely restful rather than a sunburn and a hangover.

What to Expect

On the weekend.

  • 80+ New York wineries pouring across three days

  • Grand tastings, seminars, and wine education sessions

  • Food trucks, live music, and artisan vendors on the infield

  • Friday-evening camping inside the track (separate ticket)
