Reunion · The Compound
When the group is bigger than one house — but a hotel block, a resort, or a rented mansion doesn't fit what you're after — the Landing has the rare answer: two homes next to each other on the same stretch of Seneca Lake.
The Experience
You arrive Thursday afternoon. Fourteen of you. Five bedrooms in the main house for the core family, one bedroom in the cottage for the couple who always wants the quiet end of the compound. Two private docks, two fire pits, and two hundred feet of shared shoreline — all of it yours for the weekend.
Friday is the slow day. Coffee on the dock. A long breakfast. Kayaks out before lunch. Someone's nephew figures out the paddleboards. Dinner runs long, the fire pit gets going, and the group splits naturally — some at the fire, some on the cottage deck watching the moon come up over the far shore.
Saturday is the event day. We can arrange a private chef to cook one dinner in the main kitchen, a winemaker pairing at a partner winery, a sunset pontoon cruise for the whole group. Or none of it — just fourteen people on the same shoreline, doing what families do when nobody has to drive anywhere.

A Note on Fit
The Compound is built for reunions, milestone celebrations, and small corporate retreats — groups that want a shoreline to themselves without booking a resort or a rented mansion. We don't host weddings (there's better infrastructure for that nearby), we don't host bachelor or bachelorette weekends, and we don't host events with outside vendors arriving by the van-load. If you're planning something that's none of those things, we'd love to hear about it.
